FAQ

What's the difference between Free plan and others ?
The only difference is the pricing for online booking. Our users asked for the monthly plan due to the highly volume of online bookings. You can choose Free plan to check the online booking efficiency before switches to the monthly plan or just use our Bookbook PMS for free.

How long will  you offer Bookbook for free ?
We'd love to offer it for free as long as possible, but for the current users, who have joined us already, will have the Free plan forever. The reason for free is not because we want to sell your rooms on the other marketplaces, otherwise, we hope you can have your own online booking system on your website or Facebook page to increase your reservations.

Do you have service for system conversion ?
It is very annoying to transfer hundreds of reservations to a new system, so we offer system transfer service, which will charge additional fees. Moreover, we also have online chat service to support you 24/7.

How does your PMS compare to other similar systems ?
We are the only one that can be operated by any mobile devices (complete functions & offline use). Our user interface is also very beautiful and friendly. In the meanwhile, we are constantly improve our system to make your life easier.
